I don’t like routines and I think that one reason why I’m in software industry, this way I can automate those tasks. I also like to learn something new. With this blog I’m also learning new. In my daily work I’m working mostly with Apache, MySQL and PHP. Now this blog is Python based Byteflow, which is running top of NginX. For database engine I use SQLite.
So the reason for this blog is that I’m trying some technologies, which I haven’t used before, and same time I want to spread my word ;) I can imagine that some posts are note for myself which I think can be informative for someone else too. Most of the topics that I will cover are mostly related to web development or other web technologies (or at least I believe this at the moment). Sometimes I may post about martial arts or some other hobbies that I’m interested of.
This blog is new and I have some todos still but I think now it’s in state where I can publish it. I think I will add support for multiple languages because I’m native Finnish speaker and I may one create some posts in Finnish too. Now I write mostly in English because this way I reach larger audience. My English is far from perfect, but I hope I’m clear enough so it won’t annoy native English speakers too much.
Here were some reasons and backgrounds for this blog. In next post I will cover my Byteflow installation process and how I felt Python deployment as PHP developer perspective.
